Fudonanae No Taki is a waterfall as impressive as its name. There's a beautiful and relatively easy hike you can take to get close to it, or just stop for a swim along the way!

Park at the trailhead and make your way down into the valley. Crystal clear water and stunning cliff faces line the well marked trail before turning off to a staircase that will lead you to the observatory. The terrain is rough and occasionally steep but not particularly dangerous and there are many picturesque places to stop. Closed grippy shoes are recommended.

The main viewpoint, closest to the biggest waterfall, will offer you a half view of the waterfall and allow you to feel the power of mother nature in its rawest form.

There is an obvious off-trail path to the right of the observation deck that will allow you to see the full waterfall. Please proceed at your own risk and take extreme caution. It may be incredibly steep, slippery and the ground may not be reinforced by much.
