Located just a 15-minute ferry ride from Chugai Port, the gateway to Rabbit Island, this small island in the Seto Inland Sea is home to over 1,000 adorable rabbits. Known for its abundant rabbit population, visitors flock here to interact with these furry creatures and enjoy the peaceful island vibes. Accessible by public transport or car, Chugai Port offers luggage storage, free Wi-Fi, and important guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of the island's beloved residents.

Insider Tip: While you wait for the ferry, try the ice cream here at the Usanchu Cafe. It was perhaps the best soft serve I've ever had in Japan.
