We're not big fans of this itinerary because:
You'll have time for Coron and El Nido. The minimum time we recommend in the Philippines is 10 days.
It's going to be jam-packed. We prefer slow travelling.
For a week-long itinerary to work, you must fly back to Manila/Cebu from El Nido airport. Flights there are hard to get and expensive.
That said, if you really want to do this, this itinerary has all our recommendations!
