East of the old town towards Gërmia Park, on Rruga Nazim Gafurri, is the beautiful Taukbahqes Park with its lush, old trees and walking paths.

To the south, on a hill, lies the former Jewish cemetery from the 19th century, when Pristina still had around 1,500 Jewish community members. They settled in Pristina in the late 15th century after their expulsion from Spain. After the Second World War, most of them returned to Israel. In 1967, the cemetery was listed as a historical monument and at that time still had 57 gravestones, many of which are now overgrown.
