Guvvos Beach is always the first spot we check when heading west from Anglesea—it’s a go-to for a reason. It’s a beautiful beach break, which makes it perfect for beginners, but there’s usually a little something for more experienced surfers too. That said, if the swell’s on the smaller side, it’s more of a longboarders’ paradise than a spot for big waves.
Even if you're not surfing, it’s an epic stretch of coastline to just soak up, whether you’re going for a walk, having a dip, or pulling up for a sunrise coffee. It’s pet-friendly, so bring your pup along for a run. Just be mindful of any restrictions depending on the season.
The carpark often has quite a few vans in it.
