If you are flying you could consider arriving at the following airports listed from closest to farthest: Flagstaff AZ, St George UT, Phoenix AZ, and Las Vegas NV. If flying you would depart from the Phoenix Airport.

Evening: Stay in Page (you could consider staying near the grand canyon and driving the 2 hours from Page to the Grand canyon on Day 1 instead to make driving times for day 2 less)
Day 2
Significant Driving: 2 hours from Page to the Grand Canyon South Rim and then 2 hours from the Grand Canyon to Sedona
Evening: Stay in Sedona
Day 3
Significant Driving: Minimal
Evening: Stay in Sedona
Day 4
Significant Driving: Drive 2 hours from Sedona to Phoenix
Evening: Stay in Phoenix
Day 5
Significant Driving: 1 hour from Phoenix to Saguaro Lake and 1 hour from Saguaro Lake back to Phoenix

If you’re coming from out of town, definitely add on an extra day at the beginning of the itinerary for travel since Page will required driving to reach no matter where you fly from.
