Point Moore Lighthouse in Geraldton is an absolute gem, especially if you're road-tripping through WA. The lighthouse itself is super cute and photogenic, but the real winner here is the 24-hour free camp right on the beach. You’re literally steps from the sand, with picnic tables, grassy spots to chill, and even fresh cold showers and toilets – proper luxury for free camping! It’s a big hit with campers and van-lifers, so you’ll find a bit of a vibe but still plenty of space to do your own thing.

It’s the perfect spot for a quick overnight stop or even a couple of days to soak up the sun, enjoy a swim, and take in those ocean views. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, so bring your furry mate along for the adventure. If you’re passing through Geraldton, this spot’s a go-to!
