The Hang Gliders Lookout in Fairhaven is honestly one of the Great Ocean Road’s best-kept secrets. It’s tucked away just enough that it feels like your own little slice of paradise, and the views? Absolutely insane. You’re perched high above the coastline, with endless ocean stretching out in front of you - it’s like something out of a postcard.

The real magic happens at sunset though. The whole sky lights up in this dreamy blend of oranges, pinks, and purples, and the way it reflects off the water is nothing short of stunning. It’s the kind of spot that makes you stop, breathe and just appreciate how incredible nature is.

We usually grab takeaway fish & chips from Aireys and enjoy it with a crisp bev too!
