Coral Bay is an absolute slice of paradise and one of those places that feels like it’s straight out of a postcard. If you’re into diving or snorkelling, this spot will blow your mind – we’re talking crystal-clear waters and the kind of sea life you usually only see in documentaries. Ningaloo Reef is right there, so expect to see turtles, manta rays, and heaps of colourful fish. If you’re lucky, you might even spot reef sharks cruising around (don’t stress, they’re super chill!).

If you’ve got access to a boat, you’re in for an even bigger treat – head out to deeper spots where the coral is untouched and the marine life is next level. For those without a boat, there are plenty of tours to take you out for a dive or snorkel session.

The vibe in Coral Bay is super laid-back, with a mix of travellers, families, and locals just soaking up the sun. There’s a beachy strip where you can grab a bite, but you’ll want to pack your snorkel and fins because the water’s where it’s at.
