Boat Harbour Beach in Bendalong is such a little slice of paradise; secluded, laid-back, and perfect for anyone chasing a mellow vibe. There’s heaps of parking, plus toilets nearby, which makes it super convenient. The beach itself is stunning, with soft white sand and clear blue water that just invites you to dive in.

It’s a fantastic spot if you’re a beginner surfer or keen for a cruisy longboard surf. The waves are nice and mellow, and when I paddled out here, it was mainly older local women - it had such a warm, welcoming energy. Locals often hit the surf early in the morning.

The beach is also famous for the friendly stingrays that come right up to the shore. People love snapping pics of them gliding through the shallows—it’s such a unique experience. Just remember to respect their space and watch where you step!

It’s a great spot to bring your furry mate too, as it’s pet-friendly, so your dog can have a blast running around while you enjoy the waves or relax on the sand.
