Moona Moona Creek is such a dreamy spot, especially if you’re chasing a relax afternoon by the water. This little slice of paradise near Huskisson is perfect for families, couples, or anyone keen on soaking up some serenity.

The grassy hill overlooking the creek is chef's kiss for a sunset picnic – grab a blanket, some cheese and wine, and watch the sky light up over the still water. It’s one of those moments where you just sit back and think, “How good is this?” The creek itself is calm and shallow, so it’s great for a paddle or a splash, especially if you’ve got kids or you’re just feeling like a big kid yourself.

There’s a playground nearby and picnic tables too, and the area is pet-friendly, so your pup can tag along (just keep them on a leash). Parking is easy, and it’s a short stroll to get to the main spot, so you don’t have to lug your gear too far.
