Göscheneralpsee (1,792 m) is a mountain lake located in the Canton of Uri near the Gotthard tunnel.

🚗You can drive directly to the lake. The last 9 km is a narrower road. Park your car here. We paid 5 CHF for parking.

🥾You can either enjoy your time by the lake or hike around it. The hike around the lake is 9 km long and takes about 3 hours and 10 minutes. You'll constantly have views of the lake, mountains, and glaciers. We hiked it twice, once clockwise and once counterclockwise.
