The Stäubifall waterfall in Switzerland is a must-visit place located near the village of Unterschächen in the canton of Uri. The best time to visit is early to mid-summer. The waterfall is almost 180 metres high.

Stäubifall is my personal favourite place, and I can't recommend it enough.

🚗 Park your car here in Unterschächen.

🥾 You have to walk to the waterfall. It's 4.1 km one way, which takes about an hour and a half. However, expect it to take longer because the entire walk is a scenic route. This place has a vibe you'll want to experience.

You won’t see signs for this place, just a red-and-white marked route. The first time we visited, we had a little difficulty finding it, so I linked the Swisstopo route here.
